Info not only on discord, also on w3c client

I would like the rules of each game mode to be available on the w3c client.
If you could also have a link for people to report others like for direct strike it's ds-report.com or something, that would be great. I think having all the info only on discord is a little bit of a problem, not everyone will join the w3c discord.
