Lose xp with every game losed
About the xp bar that think in ranking have a bad configuration because only the spamer player can be top player inted of the most winrate or more mmr my idea Is not remove It insteded actualice It and not only can take xp with the wins also lose xp with every lose so the spamer players go down for lose games because how wey can have players in top GM having 400 games for seson xdddd they aré not true GM they aré there just for spam thats my idea thx for the suport

This is by design. The rank system is based on a combination of your wins and your peak seasonal MMR. After 200-250 games, wins pretty much no longer contribute to rank increase (the curve flattens out to almost nothing), and you MUST increase your peak seasonal MMR to increase your level and rank. This is to incentivize seasonal activity to claim a higher rank, since MMR does not reset (your skill does not change between seasons, but the amount you play can change).
That said, the rank system may get some major changes at some point in the future, it's always under heavy discussion.
