Remove or fix Deadlock LV map

The map is old and have the flaw of old maps which is imbalanced starting location space, eg. some players have more safer place to build others don't. The bottom right corner is very bad for orc, eg. after you build altar shop and barracks all your buildings are forward or one of starting building is forward (you need space for warmill). Top left corner have more space.
