More detailed questionnaire for MMR calibration.

I think asking specific questions about game mechanics could help with the MMR calibration.

Like asking about the milestones:
Campaign played?
Easy/Medium/Hard Bot defeated?
Have you ever played against a human being? Have you played against one who knows what they are doing?
Do you know what "Supply Lock" means, and how Upkeep functions?
Have you ever looked up a Build Order? How many do you know?
Do you use Control Groups?
Do you know what the different between a move and an attack move is?

Stuff like this.
WIth some input from the more senior players, one could probably assign answers to these questions to MMR ranges.
