Hi,

as you know "early leaves / ragequits" are a problem in 4v4. I just controlled a early leaver and won the match after a long struggle. I was suprised to see that the "early leaver" is rewarded with a win and +mmr. That makes no sense and is not fair for the other players. I play several competetive games and none of them has this mechanic.

I would love to see this changed in the matchmaking system.
