Client and FloTV delay timers are out of sync.

It seems that in-client timer preventing watching games in FloTV tab is set to 120 seconds instead of 180 seconds. This result is problem that button to watch match becomes active 1 minute before player is actually allowed to watch match and DelayNotOver error pops up.
