Repositioning of clickable Hero Portraits from the Top Left + Expanded Info

Would it be possible to have an option of moving the Hero Portrait Icons lower on the screen? Like lowering them to middle left of the screen, or even repositioning them bottom left near the mini-map? And adding basically something like what KK Platform or W3Booster does, showcasing Hero Ability LvLs, Exp Bars near Portrait Icons, Item Inventory, etc. Potentially even clickable items to use/reposition from that spot. This feels like it should be part of the game from the get go.

It's something Blizz should've added with Reforged "Update", but we know how that ended up..., so I thought I would ask here. W3Champs already provided a plethora of cool QoL features, like the Zoom change before official implementation, Item Indicator over creeps, etc.. Would be great if you managed to implement this as well!
