Allow faster catch-up playback on FloTV

Watching games through FloTV while waiting in queue is a great feature.

One issue comes up with longer-running games such as Castle Fight, where matches often last 30+ minutes. If you start watching a game that is already 20+ minutes in, the current maximum playback speed of 3× means it can still take around 7 minutes just to catch up to the live game.

By that point, the match may already be over and the next game has started, which makes joining an ongoing game through FloTV less useful.

It would be great to have some way to catch up to live much faster, for example, by allowing higher playback speeds, adding a “skip to live” option, or otherwise advancing through the replay more quickly if technically possible.
